Hi There,
Recently, I have been facing some issue related to MFA while logging in to my organization account. Below is the error screenshot when I am trying to add my account in authenticator.
Kindly advise, how to rectify this error. Any help would be greatful.

Thank you for your post!- From your error, can you make sure that you received an activation code or push notification?
- Does the Microsoft Authenticator work for any other account that you have registered?
- Since you're having issues adding your account, you should be able to go to the
https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-infopage in order to add/re-add a sign-in method to the Authenticator app.
