Merging Certification acoounts

I need to merge two Microsoft accounts - private and educational accounts - to update my certification profile. Please can you help me?

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. You can request help with profile update / linking / merge in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
