Flight simulator active pause on laptop

Question

Flight simulator does not recognize pause keyboard input from my Dell XPS 15 laptop which lacks a numeric keyboard. The laptop pause key does work on YouTube, etc.

How can I remap this key?

Get yourselves in to the Controls Menu > Keyboard > All

Search for:

Set Pause On - Allocate your preferred Keybind (e.g. P)

Set Pause Off - Allocate your preferred Keybind (e.g. CTRL-P)

In fact, you’d better ask for help from specific Microsoft Flight Simulator forum for ideas, there are many players who may meet with similar issue there.
