Server 2012 Evaluation copy upgrade !

i have a windows 2012 server standard which is running on evaluation copy,is it possible to apply a new product key to the server ?

you can convert it to a retail version as follows:

If using a retail channel product key you can;
DISM /online /Set-Edition:<edition ID> /ProductKey:XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX /AcceptEula

where <edition ID> = ServerStandard or ServerDataCenter
