The current input timing is not supported by the monitor display. Please change your input timing to 1920x1080@144hz or any other monitor listed timing as per the monitor specifications.

Present state in error and could not login to the system to change the resolution.
Tried to enter the safe mode but not succesful.
Could anyone suggest the best solution to over come the display issue.

Safe mode did not worked. This is windows server 2019. F8 option was not available.
I tried boot with bootable USB media of server 2019. While getting boot, again the error message screen appears.
Some post mentioned in repair mode. Even I couldn't enter to that mode.
I tried even random shutdown (more than 2 times) of server to get the repair screen, that also didn't work for me.
The cable used between server and Dell monitor is vga to hdmi.

Could you please tell me how you entered safe mode? What tries you did?
You need to press F8 before the Windows logo appears.

I tried that by pressing F8 while booting. IT DIDN'T RECOGNISE.
I WAS HAVING ONLY F2, F10, F11& 12 options to press while booting.
Keep trying, it will work.

I’m quite sure you have tried everything we could find online.
But have you tried a different cable? Or consulting with Dell.
