I'm trying to set up an android enrollment in intune as a dedicated kiosk device, single app.
The app used is a weblink published in the managed google store.
I have tried using Edge as the default browser but Edge doesnt seem to want to start in fullscreen mode (only maximized with toolbar) so I decided to try chrome as we don't want any toolbars visible.
With chrome everything looks good except there is an annoying issue.
Every time the device boots it opens the weblink like it suppose to but for some reason it refreshes the page many times. sometimes continuously ( opens probably 20 tabs ) and sometimes only a few times. It seems to settle after a while but it occurs at random and is very annoying.
I have tried this on 2 different devices(make/model) and also with 2 different weblinks. Same result.
Any ideas on how to solve the issue or any workarounds ?

@Lasse André Høyvik , Based as I know, Intune didn't have the option to set chrome weblink refresh time. After doing more research, I find some others mentioned the chrome refresh issue. It seems the issue is with chrome. Here, we suggest to contact chrome support to get more help:
