Am I missing something? How do you create a bootable USB for 21H2 LTSC?? MediaCreation tool does not allow me for specify the ISO I want to use, and it also does not work if I overwrite the files with the LTSC ones. Rufus also fails me, by booting into some diag mode. Its a dell 7090.

You may install 21H2 LTSC from USB using Rufus on UEFI or BIOS devices

@Hebikuzure aka Murachi Akira - The Diskpart will not 'see' the USB. When I overwrite the files on a bootable usb already, it fails to start

@SSengupta - Rufus will creat the USB iso, but when it boots, it does not start the windows install, it starts some del diag tests

Since you can extract the wim file from the ISO image, you can create a USB media for installation by following the steps in the following article.

I use Rufus to create a split USB flash disk to support UEFI boot. Small boot partition is FAT and the larger partition is NTFS.

    1. I format the USB flash disk with RUFUS. My paper discusses using RUFUS to format a drive for WinPE, but the steps are the same for the LTSC ISO: https://www.annabooks.com/Articles/Articles_IoT10/Win10IoT-E-FFU-Capture-Restore%20Rev1.4.pdf
    2. Next, I copy all the contents of the Windows 10 LTSC ISO to the NTFS partition.
