why iam unable to make the changes in SAS parameters of permissions now we are using the free trail of azure account is there any connection to license part if not why its happens ,the changes are not saved.

@Anonymous Can you explain further in detail what you mean by changing parameters of permissions in SAS? If possible please provide snapshots. Thanks!
HI, @SaiKishor-MSFT here I am trying to build the custom model of form recognizer in azure, at that time I got this error! 208936-azure-error.jpg
for that, I am trying to give the permissions in a storage container, but the permission changes are saved after refreshing the page it comes with 
default permission only---read.
