Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having issues related to Windows shutdown
This can be due to a planned shutdown initiated by an operating system process. Perhaps an update has been installed automatically?
Also another possible source could be the Hyper-V guest components, possibly as a response to instructions from the host to shut down the VM (for whatever reason). Can you find anything interesting in the Hyper-V application-specific logs (under "Applications and Services Logs -> Microsoft -> Windows -> Hyper-V-*" on both the host and guest systems)?
