Hello, my problem was, I can't create a virtual machine or upgrade the account, and now after I sent to support, my subscription is broken, please help me

    I have done more than I remember and the automatic reply is repeated

    There's probably not much to be done when they flag suspicious and disable. May just need to create a new account and move on. You could also try here.
