When installing the Windows server version system on a server using an AMD series processor, the installation could not be successful. I found the following article:

I am using a Lenovo thinksystem SR665 server with two 7H12 processors.
Lenovo's recommendation for this issue is to ① use Windows 2016 build 14393.1884 or later. ② Use Windows 2019 build 17763.737 or later.

Sounds reasonable but the vendor is going to have to most up-to-date info in this regard. I'd ask Lenovo for updates. Still only shows compatible over here.
