When installing the Windows server version system on a server using an AMD series processor, the installation could not be successful. I found the following article:

I would like to know that for AMD EPYC 7002 and EPYC 7003 series processors, using the Windows server system media image released after the early October 2019 update, it is not necessary to disable the x2APIC setting and IOMMU in the BIOS when installing the system? If using a Windows server system media image released before early October 2019 update, you need to disable x2APIC setting and IOMMU in BIOS right?

Hi there,
The best way to understand this would be to have a detailed discussion with your vendor to understand the requirements as it can vary.
For clarity, you must also meet all processor and other requirements specified in Minimum Hardware Requirements for Windows, located at https://learn.microsoft.com/windows-hardware/design/minimum/minimum-hardware-requirements-overview
