Failed to start azure900 test.

Question

I reserved AZ 900 test.
but I failed to start the test.
I thought it was a private place, but the supervisor said it was a public place.
The supervisor guided me to the phone number for exam, but the window turned off before I wrote phone number down.
Do I have to pay again to take the test? How can I take the test again?

Your best bet would be to open a Support Case with Pearsonvue and explain your situation.

There's no guarantee they will reimburse your exam however.

I recommend doing the Microsoft Build Cloud Skills Challenge - before the 21st of June 2022! If you complete a path, you will get a free exam voucher, which you can then use to retake your test.
