Verifification issue

Question

I no longer have access to my verification phone number and it takes 30 days to add another one but I need to access my account because my computer won't let me log in other wise. Now it won't let me log in because I don't have the verification code sent to the non existent phone number. I can't even log out of this account and log into a different one. Please help.

If an account access problem then try resetting via the account recovery form
