How to apply office365 license to B2B Collaboration Users

We are currently working on a joint project with several companies and we have an external partner registered as a guest user in our tenant with the B2B collaboration feature.

We have assigned an Office365 license to these users, but they are not seeing & using it.
Does anyone know how to resolve this?
