Muchas gracias!!

    Hi @Cristian Fea ,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!
In order to make it easier for other members to read this thread when they have the same problem, we suggest you use English. I used a translator to translate your question, please let me know if I have misunderstood you.
Since SVCHOST.EXE is the host process for loading system services, so if you find that a SVCHOST.EXE process is using more system resources, it means that the system services loaded through this SVCHOST.EXE process are using more system parameters. You need to first determine what system services are loaded through this SVCHOST.EXE process and then decide whether to close the corresponding system services to release the system resources occupied by the services according to the actual situation of your computer, so that SVCHOST.EXE can release the corresponding system resources.
There are also some other causes that can lead to this situation, here is the suggested troubleshooting process.
    1. Scan Your Computer for a Virus or Malware That Causes Svchost High CPU Usage
    2. Disable Services That Causes svchost.exe High CPU Usage Issue
    3. Clear Event Viewer Log
    4. Diagnose and Troubleshoot Windows Update Issues
