I am quite new to system administration.
I have Windows Server 2016 installed on two physical servers. One is the primary and the other is meant to be the backup. The redundant server is supposed to replicate the contents of the primary server to the redundancy server in real-time.
How do I do this?

What roles are you asking about?

    Hi NickWekesa-4137,

A redundant server is kept offline. That is, it powers on with network/Internet connectivity but is not used as a live server. In case of failure, downtime or excessive traffic at the primary server, a redundant server can be implemented to take the primary server's place or share its traffic load. Is this the scheme you’re looking to create?

This is a pretty wide and complex question, so any further clarification would be helpful.

I hope this answers your question.

    Thanks.
