The free space needs to be adjacent in order to do natively. Other options are to backup other data, remove the other partitions so that unallocated space becomes adjacent, then extend partition, recreate other partitions, copy data back. Some third party tools may work without requiring these steps.

how can i delete efi system partition as i tried with cmd it wont let me do it

This partition contains the windows boot loader which is why you couldn't delete it. The simplest solution may be to use a third party tool to extend a partition into the unallocated space.
