CMG - Windows updates

Hi, just want some clarification - we have CMG recently deployed. If I am not on VPN and see Windows updates in Software Center as available will I be able to install them with, of course, content being downloaded from MS locations (Windows updates package should not be distributed to CMG unlike 3rd party apps updates package)?

On the Patch deployment download settings you have to allow clients to download update from internet,

This is not correct when a CMG is in use. Clients detected as on the Internet (and connecting via IBCM or a CMG) will always use Microsoft as the primary source location for downloading Microsoft updates.
