There isnt enough space on computer to sync file

Im getting a error message there the isn't enough space to sync film to computer- ( when downloading all OneDrive files)

however where my OneDrive filed is stored there is still over 1TB of space.

How can I resolve this error.

im running a Mac OS Monterey and its a business One drive account

Based on your pictures, you selected 1449.3 GB(1.415 TB) files to sync, and the avaliable space in Mac is 1.27 TB.
Try to sync file one by one and check if this problem is related to the selected file size larger than the OS space.
