SCOM 2019 UR3- All agents in pending management for upgrade?

Morning,
The two management groups I have on on SCOM 2019 UR3 for over 9 months now, with no changes other than the the usual updates for server OS and other management packs I have.
This morning I logged in to our QC environment and have 452 agents in this mode. They are all still showing as "green status" thankfully.
When I attempt to approve and update the agents it fails.
All of the agents are already on v10.19.10177.0 as shown in pending management.
Also all of the 2019 Security requirements are set and match what is required.

Sort of at a loss here....
Thanks,
Tony

Is it possible that the agents have been updated by someone else? Azure Monitor, Sentinel, and Defender for Cloud all share the same agent. I have seen security teams roll out agent updates without talking to the SCOM team.

    Hi Tony (@Tony Strother ),

please check if somebody deployed the following fix on your management servers:

System Center Operations Manager 2019 Hotfix – Oct 2021
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/topic/system-center-operations-manager-2019-hotfix-oct-2021-f5aa7ec5-85c2-4886-b13b-288fd9900737

Your management servers will show this in the console when you navigate to authoring -> Management Servers.
This hotfixx, if insstalled on MS is poalacing the agents in "Pending Management" and iss a post UR3 hotfix..

    Morning,

Seems I did install a KB in attempt to resolve an issue we are experiencing that is described in the article.
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/system-center-operations-manager-2019-hotfix-for-alert-management-951c3816-b9de-21a7-5a3f-55525de3aca2

That is the only one I have in my change tracking. However no where is the article does it say that what I am seeing could be side effect? Both the QC and Prod systems have placed all of the servers in Pending Mgmt, in need of an upgrade. All are already at 2019 UR3. Should I reapply UR3?
    Thanks,
    Tony

Please consider this issue closed. I am waiting for UR4 to be released.
Thank you for all your time and assistance.
