How do I increase the speed of mouse move? Because right now my box is notably slower than my mouse?

Does this mean that the cursor moves slower than the mouse? Or something else? If so, is this phenomenon only in wpf projects or in whole windows? Is it possible to show the minimal code that reproduces the problem?
