Certification Renewal Error

Hi,
I have a D365 Finance and Operations cerfication that needs to be renewed every year and I'm having trouble renewing it this year.
I took the renewal exam and certification dashboard history shows the exam was passed, however on the main page it's still asking me to renew the certificiaton and saying it's expiring in October this year.
On the certiicaiton summary page, it says 'expires on 25/10/22, renewed on 6/3/22' which is conflicting.
Can you please advise what needs to be done to have this fixed?
