    Hi,

1.How about adding shared printer on another PC, does that work?
2.Ping the IP address of the shared printer to check if it’s a network problem.
3.Have you tried turn off the Windows Defender Firewall and enable Network discovery and file and print sharing?

The problem resolved after disconnecting the host pc from the domain. My opinion is that it could be a DNS issue because the host pc was also connecting by SSL VPN to the head office.
