IIS Feature Installation Failing in Server 2016

I'm having a problem in Win Server 2016 where the IIS Feature installation is failing.
From the Server manager - I specific the Alternative Source as E:\Sources\sxs - where e:\ is the optical drive where the Server 2016 image is mounted - and that failed to install.
Could this be a permission issue on the optical drive E:\Sources\sxs\
Is there another way to install the IIS Feature ?

Why you want to install IIS on optical drive? IIS is an important program and service on windows server. It is not recommended to change any settings during install it. Please keep all default settings and install it.
