Please advise how to get MS VISIO desktop application to create and edit diagram.

The issue has nothing to do with Edge browser and is related with Visio, so I edit the tag so that Visio experts will come to help. Thanks for your understanding.

MS Visio is not for free, you have to purchase a license.
