Hi guys, need some advice: here is a problem with mail forwarding to another mailbox. I have a mailbox ******@domain1.com and I need to transfer all the messages to another domain, for example, to e-mail ******@domain2.com. So I've decided to create contact ******@domain2.com and enabled "forward to" option in ******@domain1.com mailbox. But I receive an error:

Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it.

Diagnostic information for administrators:
Generating server: DB7PR06MB5113.eurprd06.prod.outlook.com
******@domain1.com
Remote Server returned '550 5.7.520 Access denied, Your organization does not allow external forwarding. Please contact your administrator for further assistance. AS(7550)'

How to enable e-mail forwarding in my case? Thank you for support.

External forwarding is disabled by default, only an administrator can enable such, or create an exception for your user. Read here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/security/office-365-security/external-email-forwarding?view=o365-worldwide
