We are using crystal report 11.5 , It uses MFC version 8.0. Currently we are using crystal report 11.5 in VS 2019. Would like to know that, still MFC 8 version supported by microsoft or not. It will be great helpful if you share the MFC version end of life details
According to this information, products are supported for 10 years.
MFC is currently V14.00; according to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microsoft_Foundation_Class_Library, MFC 8 originated around 2005, so it's well past its "use by" date by that reckoning.
I can't say for sure but my best guess is that MFC follows the product support policy for the version of Visual Studio that installed it.
Maybe the question should be put to the producer of Crystal Reports for a definitive statement on their support policy.
