How to add user to the user information list in SharePoint using powershell

I'm trying to add the user to user information list directly without granting the permission, Is there any way ?
Please help..

    Hi @Srinivasulu Batcha ,
    As far as I know, we are unable to add a user to user information list directly without granting the permission. Whenever you grant access to the user on SharePoint site/list or any other resource, the user automatically gets added in this list. This means the list is used to store the details of the users we grant any permissions to. I feel regretful to inform you that it turns out to be a by-design one.
