Setting up Wordpress

I want to use Azure to host a WordPress website, If I do that can I still use tools like Elementor to build the site. Also if I want to add booking and payment plugins does this function in the same fashion as if I were using some other hosting service. Lastly can I afterward work on this website by excessing its HTML and JavaScript properties like I would if I were building the site myself. Your help in this context would be hugely appreciated.

    I suggest you to visit Azure Virtual machine marketplace, search for WordPress and select the most appropriate Virtual machine for your purpose
