Add a public IP for SMTP relay

Hello Team,

Please let me know how to add a Public IP address in Office 365>>EAC>>Connectors>>Authenticating sent email>>IP address of the sending server>>Public IP

error code: Failed to update the connector. Operation failed.

Your quick response will be appreciated.
