FYI: After restarting the IIS again we are able to generate. But once we are getting the error reports are not generating.

I think it's because some application on your appdomain crashed, or if the process was killed in Application_Start , requiring a restart.
I suggest you can check to get more information from event log and IIS log.

Works again after restarted the IIS or kill the worker processor. But until restart the IIS we are not able to generate the any reports. But we are getting this issue every day after few 500 or 600 reports are processed. how can we handle this situation without restarting the IIS.

One more thing is we have used the reference assembly in our RDLC's to generate the barcodes to display for that we have used
ReportViewer.LocalReport.AddFullTrustModuleInSandboxAppDomain. If we removed reference barcodes in RDLCs then we did not get any issues.
Please let me know is there any other way to do this?

Is this Issue Fixed? I am also facing the same issue. After restarting the IIS again we are able to generate.
