Databricks model serving version always pending

Question

The stack trace appears as below. The was originally 28 GB, 4 cores, but after some reading I thought it could be a memory problem, and assigned it to 112 GB memory, 16 cores. The model serving is ready, but the model itself remains in a pending state, and never reaches "model process ready." Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix?
