Get my MB-910 exam back

Question

I joined MB-910 certification exam, and spent 3+ hours and cannot join the exam, sometimes it showed my network issue and sometimes the examer told me that they cannot see my camera. In fact I have gotten 6 certs with same network, same laptop, the latest one is on Monday.
So please return my discount and I need to reschedule it.
