Dear Microsoft Team,

We are using On-Premis SharePoint 2019 and we want the functionality of Team Collaboration and MS Office files (excel, word, etc.) editing in the browser.

So, we have configured Office Online Server. We have completed All the required configurations and are also binding with SharePoint 2019. We use the internal HTTP method for configuration.

We are facing issues to open documents in the browser. The screenshots are attached herewith.

Kindly help us with this issue.

    Hi @shaikh muhammad zulqarnain ,

1.Due to your configuration using the internal HTTP method, if there is an error previewing the file from the external network, verify that the appropriate public SSL wildcard certificate is installed and TLS is enabled on the Office Online Server.
Article reference on enforcing TLS: best practice to force enable TLS1.2

2.Do an nslookup test of the Sharepoint URL from the OOS server to see if there is a problem with the URL path. OOS, SharePoint and the client all need to be able to parse/view the full path to the document they are viewing. If there is a problem with it, fix the DNS.
