edge print pdf disable the "save as pdf"

Question

when i used edge to print my webpage,it's always show "save as pdf" that i want to disable the lable.how should i do? pls...

There's no way to disable the option "Save as PDF". I suggest that you can provide feedback to Edge team by pressing Alt+Shift+I in Edge. They will check the feedbacks and improve the product continuously. Thanks for your understading.

Hi, this is a optional feature in Windows 10/11

• Start Run with Win + R
• Type in optionalfeatures
• Scroll down to "Windows Print to PDF" or similar in your language
• Uncheck the box
• Restart your computer

Hi there,

The below steps might help you in disabling the option in edge browser.

-Update Microsoft Edge to the latest version (you need version 94.0.974.0 and newer).
-Press Alt + F, then select Settings. Alternatively, use the edge://settings URI in the address bar.
-Go to the Appearance section and scroll down to the Context menus.
-Turn off the "Show Save as PDF" option.

Try this! I was able to get it work with this change.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Edge (Edge Key(Folder) needs to be created) then create DWORD 32-bit Value: "PrintPreviewUseSystemDefaultPrinter", Value data: must be set to "1". After reboot this finally works.
