Outlook App on Android to On-premises Exchange not asking for password after change after 24+ hours
I have seen multiple instances of people with this issue but our issue doesn't fit the given solutions.
We have an on-premises Exchange 2013 server, and after changing their password at the desktop, the Outlook app on their Android phones is supposed to pop up a prompt to change password after about an hour or so, however this isn't happening in my latest case 3 DAYS after a password change, it doesn't complain that it can't connect, it just stops delivering email.
Dragging down and refreshing doesn't help.
Going into Outlook settings and selecting RESET ACCOUNT doesn't help.
Other than deleting the account and recreating it, the only thing that causes the failed password prompt is attempting to SEND an email, but understandably my users don't want to have to frig about with sending a dummy email just to be able to login.
Unless someone has some black arts solution that I can pass along to my disgruntled users,
