I am getting this error while trying to publish IOT Central Device Template.
Can someone assist me with the resolution. What could be the issue.

Also, I would suggest you to double check your network connection as well as any firewalls that could be blocking the requests.
I figured out the issue, one of the value was missing from capabilities.
It would be good if we get error information along with validation instead of random error codes.
