Uncoupling On-Premises with AAD

I'm sure this has been asked, but I've been looking around and can't find a good roadmap.

We're currently in an On-premises domain environment replicating to Office 365 and Azure Active Directory. I'd like to remove the On-premises device and just use AAD for our domain, controller, and policies. We use office 365 for Email, Teams, and files already. Just want to not make any big mistakes when removing the on-premises server. Suggestions and help are greatly appreciated. We're small, only like 80 users, so account management shouldn't be a big deal. Thanks!

@Christopher Banks AS far as I understand you are looking for decommissioning the on-premise environment ? Could you provide information on the below queries which will help us help you with recommendations.

Are you looking for removing the on-premise domains completely or you want to move on-prem domain controllers in Azure running on Azure VMs ?

What is the OS your end users use on their devices (if they are all win 10/11 , it helps). Do they have company provided device which is Azure AD joined or thier personal device which they use for company work .

Are you going to continue to have a office location or all your users are going to be remote

Do you have Intune licenses via any of M365 E3/E5 or EMS E3/E5 licenses as listed here.?
