Hi I really need help on this ASAP any specialist please help.
For context, I have this email for my business that I set up with my friend.
We shared the email account and use it between 2 laptops. The problem is that, it asked us to set up MS Authenticator otherwise it won't let us log in to the email. I did so with my phone, and turn out that every time me and my friend try to log into this email, I have to approve the access via my phone.

So try to set my friend's phone to have the authorization to approve as well, so he doesn't have to get approval from me every time. But I couldn't do it and accidentally delete the account on the app on my phone and I can't log back on again. As I try to log in, It will ask for authentication from app or verification code from the app, which is impossible since the authentication already been deleted. I

Now I'm stuck where all my devices can't log into this email and I can't reset the authentication.
Please can anyone help

You can restore from backup (assuming there was one) but make sure no accounts have been added to the newly install app. Then sign on with recovery account to do the restore.

You can recover your account credentials from your cloud account, but you must first make sure that the account you're recovering doesn't exist in the Microsoft Authenticator app. For example, if you're recovering your personal Microsoft account, you must make sure you don't have a personal Microsoft account already set up in the authenticator app. This check is important so we can be sure we're not overwriting or erasing an existing account by mistake.
