Hi,
I am running Java app on App Service on Linux. I want to run this app with particular user(probably AAD user) than the default user such as root.
could you please let me know how to achieve this?

Can you give me more details on what you want to achieve?
You don't want to embed AAD authentication for your application, you want to control who runs Java processes on App Service Linux? What do you want to achieve with it?If that doesn't happen, you can get an alternative idea.

I want to connect On-Prem SQL database from App Service with integrated authentication.
We have Express Route from Azure to On-Prem.
I know app service is PAAS and does not domain joined, so it wont be able to make integrated authentication.
Please suggest what are the possible ways to make this Azure to On-Prem connection.
