Try performing Clean Boot and see if the problem persists?
Have a look at:

If no try enable services one by one to see which one causing the problem.
All browsers besides edge are not opening
So basically, around a month ago, firefox was working, but then the next day it never opened, I tried google chrome, doesn't open, I try downloading a new browser called opera, doesn't open. I tried restarting my pc, repairing the browsers, resetting the browsers, reinstalling the browsers, checking my pc for updates, nothing is working. I don't want to use edge only, how do I make it so my other browsers actually open?

Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having issues related to any browsers are not opening except Edge.
- Check your event log to see if there's any associated events.
- Download procmon ( https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/procmon )
Filter -> Process name -> chrome.exe or firefox.exe
- Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose.
- Please try to login with different user Profile and see if you are able to open Chrome or Firefox.
- It may be some App locker or Application Restriction policy Deployed by your Organization if this is your Domain Joined PC.
