WVD/AVD GPO Map Network Disk

I'm trying to use GPO to map the network drive for all my session users, I have configured two settings, one is Network drive and another is "remove clock " at the Start menu(this is just to test if it is working). the result of it is the clock is removed from all the users. but network drive only shows on the user who has AAD DC Administrator permission. not sure why a network drive only appears inside an AADDC Administrator account. and how to allow all the user maps successfully without using the AADDC administrator's permission.

My Environment:

  • AVD(Azure Virtual Desktop) with AADDS (Azure Active Directory Domain Services). "I'm not using on-premise AD"
  • This is where I link my GPO to "AADDC Users"

    I have solved this issue!

The reason I can't get a network drive mounted is that the permission I set to the File Share subfolder. I have set the NTFS permission to the folder to prevent users delete the file. and that's the reason for the issue. so if anyone has met any similar issue like this check your permission first!
