Windows 10 restart un-expectedly during idle stage or in lock mode

I have Dell Laptop , so i have raised a case with DELL Support and here is their troubleshooting steps we did

Tried Disabling Sleep mode from BIOS

Updated BIOS and chipset drivers from dell.com/suppport

sfc /scannow

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

Asked to monitor the system in Safe mode however since its asking for Bitlocker and user dont have it asked to monitor in BIOS to check if its restarting there or not

Windows reinstallation suggested if not resolved.
