PNP Powershell to backup and restore site collection on SP Online

Hello,

Is there a way to use PNP PowerShell to backup a site collection in SPOnline and restore it to another site collection on SPOnline? I am trying to make a backup copy of a production site to try some functionality.

    There is no PowerShell command available for backup and restore in SharePoint Online.
