Hi All

i get emails from external domain lets say contoso.com. in every email from this external domain contoso.com, there is one user abc@Company portal .com in CC.

i want to create an outlook rule that any incoming email from the domain contoso.com which has abc@Company portal .com in CC i want to move those emails to a specific folder.

For example user1@Company portal .com triggered an email where abc@Company portal .com is in CC, the email should be moved to a Folder called TEST
For example user2@Company portal .com triggered an email where abc@Company portal .com is not in CC, the email should come to inbox.

    Hi @Rising Flight ,

    Welcome to our forum!

As I know, Outlook rules can only be used to move emails with my name is in CC box but not to move emails with other address in CC box. It's by design.

For your requirement, I have found a similar feature request submitted by other user on the website dedicated to collecting feedback. It's suggested that you could vote for this and hope Microsoft will notice this in the future. We sincerely welcome your suggestions, and thanks for your understanding and support!
