No access to partner center, how can I unlink my MCP ID?

Hello, I left a company a while ago, and they've refused to unlink my MCP ID from their partner center. While my current company doesn't require my MCP ID, I'd love to unlink my MCP ID from the previous company. I've contacted them but they say I have to do it myself, which I can't.

How do I go about this?
