1.By the SourceContext field which reports the ClientType property for SUBMIT events in the message tracking logs :

2.By viewing the IP address of the device. You can easily find related devices by fixing and recording the IP address of the device. In addition, you can view the IIS log, which will also display the IP address of the client sending the request.
