Help in redeeming a windows key

Hello.I wanted to activate windows 11 key on my laptop,so i watched a tutorial and wanted to try it.I opened cmd as admin,then ran the command slmgr /ipk (my key).I got a notification saying "error :0x8007007B the filename,directory name,or volume label syntax is incorrect.SWbemObjectEx".

I didnt know what it was so my friend said i should run sfc /scannow.i did and i got another response in the cmd saying"There is a system repair pending which requires reboot to complete. Restart Windows and run sfc again.".What does that mean and why cant i redeem my key?

    I must mention I factory-reseted my pc and this is what appeared.I restarted it and it didnt seem to work.
