can't connect mail client app to exchange

i ve recently setup new AD and exchange 2019 and done all step required to access mail server from internet(internal,external url ,certificate public and private common name, dns mail and activesync record ,opend port 25,587,143,993,443,80 for mail server) and everything works fine with windows system from internet that connect to mail server but from mobile phone i always get error like something went wrong or request time out ... some unkown error
i've tried from both outlook and gmail app and ios mail app all are same
plz help idk what to do

    Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer

    Check your firewall is forwarding port 443 to your Exchange server.
    Also make sure the mobile device has not been blocked or quarantined.
