Password requirements for VPN

hello. (Sorry if i asking in wrong forum.) Situation: on windows server we creating VPN users and setting passwords. example: user: VPN_V9, password: NDps*V9*2020 - OK user: VPN_10, password: NDps*V10*2020 - error about password complexity and reuirements. our policy is set a minimum 12 symbols for AD password. it's not a catastrof situation, i just wondering how longer password can be "worst"? Thanks and sory for my english.
PS. and wtah a shmeck is those *Tag ??? they prevent form posting questions on technet.

    Hi,

    Thanks for posting in Q&A platform.

    The Minimum password length policy setting determines the least number of characters that can make up a password for a user account. You can set a value of between 1 and 14 characters, or you can establish that no password is required by setting the number of characters to 0.
